Аннотация

В этом обзоре, проведенном по данным мировой литературы, оценивается доступность ВРТ для страдающих бесплодием пациентов – представителей различных социально-экономических групп. Контентному анализу были подвергнуты соответствующие выбранной цели научные статьи, размещенные на MEDLINE, EMBASE, в Кокрановской библиотеке, PubMed и из других источников информации. Мы стремились определить доступность ВРТ в мире и исследовать социальные и экономические характеристики пациентов, нуждающихся в лечении бесплодия. Стратегия поиска объединяла следующие поисковые термины: ‘accessibility’, ‘access, ‘affordability’, ‘sterility’, ‘ART, ‘seeking medical help’, ‘childlessness’. Установлено, что во многих странах сохраняется неравенство в сфере лечения бесплодия с помощью ВРТ. В политике общественного здравоохранения необходимы меры, создающие равные возможности
лечения этими методами для всех социальных групп.
