Аннотация

Овариальный резерв играет важную роль в адекватном ответе яичника на овариальную стимуляцию и получении полноценных яйцеклеток в программах экстракорпорального оплодотворения. В последнее время установлены новые факторы риска бедного ответа яичников на стимуляцию. Выбор схемы стимуляции при бедном резерве является очень важным, так как от этого зависит исход всей программы вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий.
