DNA fragmentation of spermatosis in infertility. Literature review
Keywords:
DNA sperm fragmentation, male infertilityAbstract
The influence of the DNA fragmentation index on the reproductive functions of men and the optimization of the diagnosis
of the treatment of couples with infertility has been evaluated. A series of studies confirmed the link between the integrity of the male sperm cell and fertility. The test for the sperm cell DNA fragmentation index can be a valuable additional tool that provides independent information on the status of male germ cells.
