Management of pregnancy and labor after improved methodology of conservative myomectomy

The article presents data on the pregnancy and childbirth in women after conservative myomectomy. The conducted clinical
research has determined the effectiveness of the complex method of surgical treatment of uterine leiomyomas with the use
of modern drugs and technical support for the improvement of reproductive function in treated women.
