Abstract

Analysis of the local protocol for the management of pregnant women with premature rupture of the membranes at a period
of 22-36,6 weeks. 160 stories of women were studies for expectant management, antibiotic prophylaxis and corticosteroid
therapy.
Conducted a comparative analysis of the survival rate of newborns up to 28 days, born in this group of women, after
independent delivery and operative delivery. Perinatal losses in this group of women can be reduced by reducing the indications for cesarean section to exclusively obstrestic.
